BD example: Designated smokers

Firstly, many thanks to Ruth Giles for sending me this photo. It’s a designated smoking area at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Not only is it containing the smokers away from non smokers, it is also located near the exit of the parking lot. That’s sending a clear message!
