Behaviour research: the world through a child’s eyes
Remember what it was like to be a kid? The whole world was your playground and all you needed was a little imagination to make it anything you wanted. A child’s eyes are a source of wonder.
Importance of empathy and perspective
As a behaviour designer, it is important to put yourself in other people’s shoes and to have empathy for your users. This isn’t always easy. This video is a great tool to help you see the world through kids eyes again. Sometimes, I use this video in Design Thinking workshops as well, to help change the perspective of the participants. This novice perspective is key in creativity and innovation.
